Kit Kat Club Berlin Tips

The Kit Kat Club is a Berlin club legend. 

But many don't really know what the Kit Kat Club or the Kitty as it is called by most people is.

If you haven't already been to the Kit Kat Club, you know the atmosphere only from hearsay - but that's a big problem, because you can hardly explain the Kitty - you have to experience it.



...so a try from me:
The Kit Kat Club is not a swingers club and not everyone has it with everyone and for sure nobody will be kicked out if he/she doesn't have sex with someone.

I would bet that about 85% of the people there don't have sex in the evening, but just have a good time dancing or chatting at the pool or the lounge.

The remaining 15% don't usually have fun together on the dance floor, but mostly in some corners (which there are extra corners for that).

But yes, it is accepted when people have sex there. Everybody knows that and it's okay for everybody. That's why nobody is interested in it. If the 1+X people don't really care about it, they won't be disturbed by anybody and won't disturb anybody themselves.

Otherwise the Kitty has a chilled atmosphere, as I do not know it from any other club. The bouncers do a terrific job, which leads to the fact that there are actually only people in the club who really fit in, there are almost never high-nosed people, no VIP rooms or locked off areas and the uniform dress code "somehow sexy" leads to the fact that the guests meet at eye level and you actually get into conversation with everyone well.... (and yes without the intention to have sex with the person... and if it should lead somehow to it, it is the Kitty with possibilities)

But as I said, the Kitty is a long way from being a swingers club.

I really don't know a better music club than Kitty, but I also think you have to experience the atmosphere to understand it.

Kit Kat live music stream (Saturday night)

Saturday night DEEREDRADIO has a Kit Kat Club Livestream. A music live stream, so you won't see any people there, no pictures, nothing, but good music:

Kit Kat Club Video

There is also a Kit Kat Club video. At least one from the empty club. So also here no pictures of people in the club. The video was probably taken at the Hustla Ball. This is a certain gay event, once a year. So absolutely no typical Kit Kat evening.

The whole standing desks don't normally stand there, and a VIP lounge doesn't give on a normal evening. The club doesn't need such a thing and actually also no humans. The huge entrance area is also usually smaller and only big for events where more people come with more extravagant outfits that take longer to change.

But the video doesn't show a huge basement, which is still open quite often.



Kit Kat Club Pictures

For very good reasons cameras and mobile phones are absolutely forbidden in the Kitty and even if there were pictures of the Kitty, I would not post them, because pictures of Kit Kat parties on the Internet have nothing to do. But there are pictures of the club (without visitors). Since then there have been some changes in the big room and the basement is not shown, but the rest is right and gives a good insight:

And don't be surprised that the page says something about "Rock, Metal, Indie etc.". On Thursdays the Kitty is always replaced by the Rock @ Sage Party, a Rock Party. Actually, the building is the Sage Club, which only rents to the Kit Kat Club... although many times per week.

Monday: Electric Monday

no dress code

Wednesday: Symbiotica

Wednesday in Kit Kat is a real Kit Kat day, less crowded, fewer tourists, lots of fun.

Thursday: Rock @ Sage

The rooms in which the Kit Kat are are actually the Sage Club. The Sage itself has been organizing its own party, the Rock @ Sage Party, since "always" Thursdays. This party is explicitly NOT a Kit Kat party. If you like a rock party, you are right there, but dress appropriate for a rock party.

Friday: Different parties

On Fridays there are always different parties in the Kit Kat Club. This also means that these parties are always different. As far as the audience is concerned, as far as the music is concerned and of course as far as the dress code is concerned. For Friday you should always watch the current program.

Saturday: usually: Carneball Bizarre

Saturday at the Kit Kat Club is THE day. Usually there is the Carneball Bizarre. Everything I write here and what you hear about the Kit Kat Club is actually Saturday.

In the night of Saturday the party goes from 8 o'clock in the Sunday on

Sunday: first Kitty Goldmine later postlude

8:00: Kitty Gold Mine: While the people of Saturday still celebrate, the Carneball Bizarre goes to the Kitty gold mine left. Now other people come to the club and there is no dress code anymore. But it doesn't matter, it mixes.

from 23 o'clock: Nachspiel: a completely different day with techno and electro, with another audience without dress code.

Whatever day you want to go, have a look at the current program of the Kitty. There is always everything about the upcoming events, and whether there is a dress code for the evening...
